【摘 要】目的：通过13C-尿素呼气试验（13C-UBT），快速尿素酶试验（RUT）和病理组织学3种检测 H. pylori 感染方法敏感性、特异性和准确性的比较，探讨13C-UBT对儿童H. pylori感染的诊断价值。方法：选择某院74例具有上消化道症状的患儿进行胃镜检查取胃窦粘膜行病理组织学检查和RUT，并在胃镜结束1小时立即行13C-UBT。结果：13C-UBT，快速尿素酶试验（RUT）和病理组织学的敏感性分别为91.30%、80.00%、81.25%；特异性分别为94.12%、91.53%、89.66%；准确性分别为93.24%、87.84%、87.84%。结论：3种方法中以13C-UBT的敏感性、特异性和准确性最高，且为非侵入性，患儿和家长的依从性好。

Abstracts: Objective: To probe the diagnostic value of ¹³C-UBT on children's Helicobacter Pylori infection via the comparison of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ¹³C-urea breath test, rapid urease test and patho-histology on H pylori. Methods: 74 children who received gastroscopy due to Upper gastrointestinal symptoms were chosen to have patho-histologic slide staining, as well as ¹³C-urea breath test and rapid urease test simulta-neously. Results: The sensitivity of ¹³C-urea breath test, rapid urease test and pathohistology on H·pylori is 91.30%,80.00%,81.25% respectively; the specificity of the three is 94.12%,91.53%,89.66% respectively; and the accuracy is 93.24%,87.84%,87.84% respectively. Conclusion: ¹³C-urea breath test ranks the highest in sensitivity and specificity among the three methods with other benefits of unvirulence, high accuracy and high compliance of patients and their parents.
