
宁波地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌现症感染及血清胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ_Ⅱ水平调查分析
概要:
摘要 目的 研究宁波地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌(Hp)现症感染情况以及血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)水平,分析Hp现症感染与PG水平间存在的关系。方法 分别用幽门螺杆菌IgG抗体检测试剂盒(ASSURE H. Pylori Rapid Test)和化学发光微粒子免疫检测法测定宁波市医疗中李惠利医院体检中心852例体检人员的Hp现症感染率与血清PG I / II水平,用SPSS软件对该人群不同性别和年龄段间血清PGI、PGII、PGI/PGII比值以及Hp现症感染的情况进行分析。结果男女间以及同性别不同年龄段间Hp现症感染率并无差异;男性PG I较女性高;血清PG I含量随年龄段的升高基本呈上升趋势,血清PGII含量随年龄段的变化相对较小;无论男女、不同年龄组Hp现症感染阳性组的PG I、PGII的值都明显高于Hp现症感染阴性组人群,而PG I /PG II 比值则明显降低。结论宁波地区体检人群中,血清PG水平与年龄、性别、Hp现症感染相关,定期进行Hp现症感染的检测及血清PG I/II水平的检测对早期胃部疾病的评估与筛査可能有重要意义。

Abstract Objective To study Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) current infection and the serum pepsinogen (PG) level, and to ex¬plore the relationship between them in Ningbo physical examination people. Methods Helicobacter pylori IgG antibody detection kit (ASSURE H. Pylori Rapid Test) and chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay method were used for the detection of current infection rate and serum PG I / II level respectively in 852 people undergone regular physical examinations in Ningbo region. Serum PG I , PG II , PG I /PG II ratio and Hp infection situation were statistically analyzed for different gender and age. Results It showed that no difference was found for the current infection rate of Hp between men and women, and also in different age groups for the same gender. Serum PG I level was higher in males, and increased along with age in both male and female groups, but PG II showed little change for age. PG I and PG H levels in people with Hp current infection were higher than those with negative result regardless of different gender and age, whereas PG I /PG II ratio was dramatically decreased. Conclusion Serum PG level correlates with age, gender and Hp current infection in physi¬cal examination population in Ningbo area. Detection of Hp infection and serum PG I / II levels regularly may have important implication for assessment and screening of early gastric disease.
