摘要：近年来，国内外关于儿童消化系统疾病方面的指南逐渐增加并不断更新，为儿童消化系统疾病的诊断和治疗提出了新兴的观点。本文综述儿童消化系统疾病如肝胆胰疾病、胃食管反流病、幽门螺杆菌感染及相关疾病、炎症性肠病、食物过敏及急性胃肠炎等相关疾病的近期指南。

Abstract: In recent years, the guidelines of children’s digestive disease are gradually increased and updated. These guidelines include a new viewpoint about children’s digestive disease diagnosis and treatment. This review summerizes the guidelines for children’s digestive disease, such as hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Heliobactor plori infection and related disease, inflammatory bowel disease, food allergy and acute gastroenteritis.
