［摘要］ 目的  观察酒渣鼻患者幽门螺杆菌感染（Hp）的发生率及根除Hp的三联疗法对酒渣鼻疗效的影响。方法  对98例酒渣鼻患者和同期来本院进行健康体检者37例，分别行14C尿素呼气试验（14C-UBT）明确HP感染情况。将Hp感染的酒渣鼻患者随机分为A组和B组，A组予外用过氧苯甲酰凝胶，B组在A组治疗方案的基础上同时予根除HP三联疗法治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果  酒渣鼻患者组Hp阳性率70.41%，健康体检者Hp阳性率29.73%；HP感染的酒渣鼻患者，B组治愈率58.82%；A组26.47%；以上差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论  酒渣鼻患者Hp阳性率较高，根除Hp与酒渣鼻治愈率提高存在一定的相关性。外用药物联合根除Hp三联疗法可明显提高Hp感染的酒渣鼻患者的治愈率，值得临床上选用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the incidence of Hp infection in rosacea patients and the effect of eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) triple therapy on rosacea treatment. Methods HP infection was assessed by the 14C urea breath test (14C-UBT) in 98 patients with rosacea and 37 healthy subject. Hp infection in patients with rosacea were divided randomly into two groups. Group A (control group) were treated with topical benzoyl peroxide gel (2 times/d), group B (treatment group) were given topical benzoyl peroxide gel, and Hp eradication therapy for one week (oral esomeprazole magnesium tablets 20mg, 2 times/d; amoxicillin 1. 0g, 2 times/d; clarithromycin 0.5 g capsules, 2 times/d), The response was evaluated at 4 weeks. Results The positive rate of Hp in rosacea patients was 70.41%, while the rate in healthy subjects was 29.73%. There was significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05). For rosacea patients with Hp infection, the rosacea cure rate of the treatment group was 58.82% and the cure rate of the control group was 26.47%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion Hp positive rate was higher in patients with rosacea. There was certain correlation between Hp eradication and improvement of rosacea cure rate. On Hp infection in patients with rosacea, topical medications plus eradication of Hp triple therapy drug could be used could improve the cure rate of rosacea, which was worthy of clinical application.
