【摘 要】 目的  了解广州市城乡结合部居民胃幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染状况，探讨与其相关的危险因素，为建立行之有效的预防措施提供参考。方法  应用描述性流行病学的横断面调查，在2013年7月～2014年6月期间在广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院进行胃肠镜检查的患者进行面对面问卷调查，并在问卷调查后开展HP感染状况检测。结果  共调查440人，HP感染率为57.27%，不同年龄、教育程度、职业、日平均工作时间、家庭经济状况和收入主要来源者，HP阳性率不同，差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，主要收入来源为做生意或退休金、家中做菜以植物油为主和爱吃乳类食品是HP感染的危险因素；爱生吃蔬菜、沙拉，吃香、甜食品平均每周≥3次，吃豆类食品平均每周≤2次，吃酸菜频率平均每周≤1次和容易入睡并且一夜睡得很好为HP感染的保护因素。结论  广州城乡结合部居民HP感染率处于较高水平，HP感染与一些人口学状况、个人卫生习惯和个人生活习惯有关，应普及HP防治知识，采取有效措施降低传播风险。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and its factors in the residents of rural-urban continuum in Guangzhou. Provide a reference for the establishment of effective prevention measures Methods Use descriptive epidemiological cross-sectional survey, face-to-face questionnaires to gastrointestinal endoscopy patients, HP infection inspection carried out upon completion of the questionnaire，at Hexian Memorial Hospital, Panyu district Guangzhou City，from July 2013 to June 2014. Results Investigated a total of 440 people，the HP infection rate was 57.27%． Different ages，education levels，occupations，aver-age daily working hours，family economic situations and the main source of income of HP infection rate，there were a statistically significant difference (p＜0.05). More factors Logistic return analysis displayed business or pension as the main source of income, and home cooking is primarily used in vegetable oil. Loving eat breast class food were HP infection of dangerous factors; Begets eat vegetable，salad，popular and sweet food average weekly ≥3 times, eating beans food average weekly ≤2 times, eating sauerkraut frequency average weekly ≤1 times and easy sleep and a night sleep were good for HP infection of protection factors. Conclusion Guangzhou suburban residents of HP infection were at a higher level. The HP infection-related factors include demographic, personal hygiene and personal habits. Government should popularize knowledge of HP control and take effective measures to reduce the risk of transmission．
