摘要：目的  探索根除幽门螺杆菌疗法对慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法  将128例慢性荨麻诊患者随机分为试验组78例和对照组50例，试验组用氯雷他啶片加克拉霉素片、阿莫西林胶囊口服联合治疗，对照组用氯雷他啶加酮替芬、维生素C治疗，进行2组疗效比较。结果  试验组有效率为85.9%，高于对照组的32.0%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=38.83，P<0.01）。结论  根除胃部幽门螺杆菌疗法有利于慢性荨麻疹的治疗。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of the therapy of eliminating helicohacter prlori relating to chronic urticaria. Method 128 chronic urticaria patients were divided into two groups at random.78 cases, as the treatment group, took orally loratadine, charithromycin and amoxicillin, while 50 cases, as the control group, vitamin c, loratadine and ketotifen. The treatment effects were compared. Results The effectiveness rates of the treatment and control group were 85.3% and 32.0% respectively (χ2 =38.83, P<0.01).
