［摘要］目的：探讨C13-尿素呼气试验（13C-UBT）在慢性上腹痛儿童幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染中的诊断价值及胃镜下Hp感染的病理学特征。方法：对340例慢性上腹痛儿童进行C13-尿素呼气试验， 阳性者再行胃镜及病理学检测。结果：340例慢性上腹痛儿童中13C-UBT Hp阳性者105例，再行胃镜检测发现Hp阳性103例，符合率达99.00%。结论：13C-UBT是较好的Hp检查方法，对有症状及13C-UBT阳性者进行胃镜检测有助诊断。

Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnostic value of C13-urea breath test( 13C-UBT) for Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in pediatric patients with chronic upper abdominal pain and the pathologic characteristic of Hp infection under endoscopy. Methods 13C-UBT were performed in 340 pediatric patients with chronic upper abdominal pain, in which the positive patients were given endoscopy and pathologic examination. Results There were 105 cases of 13C-UBT positive，in which 103 cases were confirmed Hp infection positive with gastroscopy, the coincidence was high to 99.00%. Conclusion 13C-UBT may be a valuable method to diagnose Hp infection, the gastroscopy may be helpful to further confirm.
