摘要目的：探讨通过13C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp感染在临床中的应用。方法：对266例患者进行13-尿素呼气试验检测。所有检测对象按年龄分为老年组和对照组，年龄6~31岁的115例患者为老年组，年龄16~59岁的151例为对照组。受检者空腹，平静吸气后，向收集管内用力呼气，为零时气；再用80~100ml凉饮用水送服尿素13C颗粒，然后静坐30分钟，采用以上相同的方法取第二管气样。结果：总受检人数266例，13C-UBT Hp阳性125例，阳性率47.1%。老年组115例中幽门螺杆菌感染阳60例，感染率84.2%，对照组151例中幽门螺杆苗感染阳性65例，感染率69.2%，结论：13C-尿素呼气试验检查便捷、用时短、无痛苦、安全性高。
