【摘要】目的  为了进一步探讨幽门螺杆菌和慢性荨麻疹的相关性，以及不同治疗方法的临床实 际治疗效果。方法  本文选取了我院2010年3月至2011年9月间就诊的84例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究 对象，针对患者的相关临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果  慢性荨麻疹患者的幽门螺杆菌阳性率显著 的高于健康体检者的幽门螺杆菌阳性率，且组间比较，P <0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗组患者的总 有效率显著的高于对照组患者的总有效率，且组间比较，P <0. 05，差异具有统计学意义。结论  幽门螺 杆菌感染可能是部分慢性荨麻疹患者发病的原因之一，在临床治疗慢性荨麻疹的过程中，采用联合抗HP 治疗方法的临床效果显著，是临床治疗慢性荨麻疹的安全可靠选择。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation between helicobacter pylori and chronic urticaria，

and treatment effect of different clinical treatment. Methods In this paper，we selected 84 patients of chronic urticaria from March 2010 to September 2011 as the research object. The cases were retrospectively analyzed ac­cording to the related clinical data. Results In patients with chronic urticaria helicobacter pylori positive rate significantly higher than the healthy check-up， and there was a statistically significant difference between two groups ( P < 0. 05) ； The total effective rate of patients in treatment group significantly higher than those in the control group， and there was a statistically significant difference comparing between two groups (P <0. 05). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection in patients may be partly one of the reasons for the chronic urticaria， the clinical effect with combination of antihypertensive therapy is remarkable in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria. It is a safe and reliable choice in treatment of chronic urticaria.
