DDG-3300K (Pulse Dye Densito-Graph Analyzer)
based on the spectroscopic assay theory , DDG-3300K detect ,measure and analysis the blood concentration and clearance rate of indocyanine green (ICG) ,which have been injected into circulation system from peripheral vein. DDG-3300K have many advantages over traditional manual method. DDG-3300K have been used for qualitative measurement of liver reservation function or global liver function with the parameter of ICG Retention Rate after 15 min (shorted for ICG R15 ) and Plasma Disappearance Rate of ICG (shorted for ICG K ). The other important application of DDG-3300K is the replacement of the traditional invasive thermo-dilution for the cardiac output and haemodynamics with non-invasive dye dilution and spectroscopic method. DDG-3300K have been used in large hospitals in USA, Japan , Europe., China Taiwan and mainland. |
